JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Government Pleader submits that, the direction given by this Court as per Annexure AI judgment has been complied with and an order has been passed on 01.11.2014. A copy of the said order is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In the said circumstances, this Court finds it not necessary to proceed with any further steps. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the said order, if the same is detrimental to the rights and interests of the petitioner.
The contempt matter is closed accordingly.
