There is no representation for the petitioner. The respondent appears and produces a receipt obtained from the petitioner evidencing that an amount of Rs.21,403/- was already disbursed to the petitioner on 19-04-2014, towards payment of DCRG amount withheld.

2. Since it is evident that the direction contained in the judgment has already been complied with, I do not propose any further action in this contempt of court case, eventhough there occurred considerable delay and latches.

3. Accordingly the contempt of court case is hereby closed.
