JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vinay Kumar Mathur,J.
We have heard Shri Ashok Bhatnagar, learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant. Shri R.C. Shukla appears for the Central Excise Department.
The correction application is allowed.
The date "21.4.2011" occurring in seventh line of page no.1 of the interim order dated 11.11.2011 shall be read as "18.4.2011".
In the last paragraph of the interim order dated 11.11.2011, the words "Director-General, Central Excise and Intelligence, New Delhi" be deleted and the words "Commissioner, Central Excise and Service Tax, Allahabad" be inserted therein.
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 11.11.2011. A certified copy of this order shall be issued along with copy of order dated 11.11.2011.
