Mr.Vinay Shanker, learned Advocate put in appearance on behalf of opposite parties 1 to 3 and files counter affidavit on their behalf, the same is taken on record.
Through the counter affidavit he has brought on record the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 17th of September, 2010, whereby the direction issued by this court by means of judgement dated 23rd of August, 2010 has been stayed.
Mr.Jai Pratap Singh, learned Advocate put in appearance on behalf of opposite party No.4 and filed counter affidavit with the same stand, which is also taken on record.
In light of which no further action is required. Therefore, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notices issued to the opposite parties are hereby discharged.
