The petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to quash the order dated 01.02.2012 in P.C.R.No.25990/2011 converted to C.C.No.3878/2012 pending on the file of the XIII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Bengaluru, issuing summons to the petitioners for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
3. It is verified from the High Court Website that the proceedings in C.C.No.3878/2012 have been disposed of by the trial court by order dated 20.02.2019 as compromised.
4. In view of the said fact, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
