Heard Mr. Dhotre, learned advocate for the applicant.
2. The applicant - original petitioner has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/direction:-
"A To fix an early date of final hearing in Special Civil Application No.5219/2001 in the interest of justice."
3. Having regard to the averments made in the application and considering the submissions made by Mr. Dhotre, learned advocate for the applicant, and also taking into consideration the fact that old and senior writ petitions than present writ petition are already admitted and awaiting final hearing, the application stands disposed of with direction to the office that the writ petition being Special Civil Application No.5219 of 2001 be listed in the cause list of Final Hearing in due course, considering its seniority.
4. With the aforesaid observations and direction, present application stands disposed of.
