(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) On 12.7.2012, this Court has passed the following order :
"Office is directed to trace out the papers of this matter and list for hearing on 27th JULY, 2012."
On the basis of that, the Registry has placed a note stating that the papers of this matter are not traceable and therefore, appropriate order of re-construction may be passed.
Since the matter pertains to Judicial Officer and the High Court on its administrative side is one of the parties, from the Law Officer Branch of the High Court the papers may be constructed again.
The learned counsel for the High Court on its administrative side shall see to it that the copy of this petition along with necessary annexures may be re-constructed by giving copy of the petition along with all annexures to the Registry.
The Registry is, accordingly, directed to re-construct the matter within a period of two weeks and place the matter for hearing again on 21.8.2012.
