1. Leave to add W.R.C., National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal and National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi as party-respondent to the present proceedings.
2. At the request of Court, Mr. PS Champaneri learned Asst. Solicitor General, who is present in the Court and who has appeared on behalf of the NCTE in other matters, accepted to appear in this matter on behalf of the newly added party.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel Ms. Vyas appearing on behalf of the petitioner that pursuant to the order passed by NCTE, New Delhi in Appeal F. No.89-423/2011 dated 20.03.2012 whereby, the order passed by W.R.C., Bhopal dated 29.09.2011 has been quashed, the Notice is undecided.
4. In view of the above and without entering into the merits of the case, the respondent-W.R.C., Bhopal is directed to complete the entire proceedings within a period of Thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of writ of this order. With the above direction, the petition stands disposed of. Direct service permitted.
