THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Sri Mohan Kumar H.R., learned Counsel for the petitioner is absent.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia prays for quashing the impugned demand notice dated 14.11.2018 demanding to handover peaceful and vacant possession of the portion of the schedule premises of ground floor of the petitioner as well as directing respondent No.1 not to dispossess the petitioner from the portion of the ground floor of the schedule premises until the tenancy rights/lease Hold rights of the petitioner is determined.
3. The petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy available under the provisions of the Recovery of Debts due to the Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993.
4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative and efficacious remedy available under the provisions of law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
