This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the auction notice dtd:12.7.2016 produced as Annexure-B and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
Sri.V.B.Ravishankar, learned counsel for the respondent No.1.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the auction notice dated 12.07.2016.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submitted that in pursuance of the aforesaid auction notice, sale has not taken place. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
