2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry pursuant to the notice dated 22.03.2017.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 27.12.2016, filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time frame.
4. Mr.Era. Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal dated 27.12.2016, filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 27.12.2016 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
