JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt application has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience to the order passed by the Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.11936/2015 dated 06.05.2015.
2. This Court, by order dated 06.05.2015, has directed the respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of the complaint preferred by the petitioner herein and after the enquiry, if the enquiry disclosed the http://www.judis.nic.incommission of any cognisable offence, the respondent police was directed to follow the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Govt. of U.P & others reported in 2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) . Subsequently, alleging that the respondent did not follow the dictum laid down in the said case, the contempt petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has produced the copy of the first information report stating that the enquiry disclosed commission of cognizable offence and therefore, the respondent has chosen to register a case in Crime No.669 of 2017 under Sections 120-B, 408 & 420 IPC.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
