JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.401 of 2012 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to the 5th respondent police viz., the Additional Director General of Police, CBCID, Guindy, Chennai, for speedy and proper investigation.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the enquiry was already conducted and further action dropped as the dispute is one of civil in nature.
4. Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy under civil law.
5. In view of the same, the petitioner's remedy lies elsewhere and no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, this petition is closed.
