JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matte is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition to issue a hall ticket to the petitioner for 4th semester examinations of 2nd year B.E. (Manufacturing) scheduled from 6th May 2015, has become infructuous. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
2. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
