Akkamahadevi Hiremath) This RPFC filed under Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act 1984, against the order dated 25.10.2016 passed in Crl.Mis.No.480/2012 on the file of the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru dismissing the petition filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., for maintenance.
This petition coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R Petitioner is present before this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal stating that matter has been amicably settled and both parties are seeking mutual divorce in M.C.No.1296/2016.
