Sri Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar, learned Senior Counsel, after arguing for some time submits that the petition is not structured properly as it contains a formal defect. He wants to withdraw this petition.
We dismiss this Public Interest Litigation as being withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one in accordance with law in a proper manner, as may be advised.
Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
