THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioners inter alia seek for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent Bank to permit either of the petitioners to operate the Savings Bank Accounts which are standing in the individual name of Sri. B. N. Sathyanarayana Swamy at Central Bank Of India, Krishnarajendra C.I., Mysore, bearing no.1527639474 and at bank of India, RPC Layout, Vijaynagar, Bangalore bearing Nos.842316810000003 and 842310110006755 to be utilized for the treatment of Sri. B. N. Satyanarayanaswamy.
2. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners that in case a representation with regard to their grievance is made to the competent authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today, the same shall be decided by the competent authority in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such a representation.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
