JUDGMENT / ORDER

http://www.judis.nic.in It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel st appearing for the petitioner that the 1 respondent had complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18510 of 2017 dated 24.07.2017, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2017.
2. The petitioner has filed the present Sub Application seeking leave to file the Contempt petition as against the respondents 3 to 5, who are not parties to the writ petition. That apart, a direction was given only to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, which was duly complied with by the 1st respondent.
3. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to entertain the present Sub Application and accordingly, the same is dismissed and the Contempt Petition is dismissed at the SR stage itself.
