Hence, no order need be passed in this writ petition.
Learned Counsel further submits that it was an unauthorized detention for which his client has suffered damages. However, this allegation is disputed by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the State. In any view of the matter, it would be open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law as may be advised.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
