JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is the case of the petitioner that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and Mr.Devasitham, Mr.Dakshinamoorothy, Power Agent and Mr.Naidu, witness. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint on 29.11.2016 to the respondent, since no action has been taken by the respondent, the petitioner has filed the present petition, seeking for the above relief.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who took notice for the respondent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to hold appropriate enquiry on the petitioner's complaint and if the allegations made therein disclose commission of cognizable offence, register a case, investigate the same and file a final report or close the same as the case may be, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
