ORDER:
This appeal is filed against Judgment and decree dated 17-2-2014 in O.S.No.861 of 2006 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar.
On the initiative of this Court, the learned counsel for both the parties reported that the appellant is willing to give up her claim in the appeal if the respondent pays Rs.4 lakhs to her. Sri M.V. Pratap Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that his client is willing to pay Rs.4 lakhs in full and final settlement of the claim of the appellant. He has further submitted that the said sum will be paid to the appellant within one month from today.
In view of the understanding reached between the parties, the appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the appeal, ASMP No.897 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
