. Respondent Whereas the Petitioner above named through her Advocate Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, presented this petition under Section 24 of C.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to transfer the OP.No.442/2013 on the file of Family court at Vijayawada to the Family Court at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.
Tr. CMP.MP. No. 243 of 2014: Petition under section 151 of CPC., praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in Tr.CMP., the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in OP.No. 442 of 2013 on the file of Family Court, at Vijaywada, pending disposal of Tr.CMP.No. 180 of 2014 on the file of High Court.
And whereas the High Court, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to Respondent herein to show cause why this Tr.CMP., should not be admitted.
