Petitioner’s application for grant of pattadar passbook was rejected under the impugned endorsement of the Tahsidlar, dated 21.07.2014. Said order is clearly an appealable order under the A.P.Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. Petitioner, therefore, is at liberty to avail the appellate remedy and seek appropriate orders from the appellate authority either interim or final.
With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is declined to be entertained and is accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
