This Writ Petition is filed under
Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus calling for the records of the fourth respondent in respect of his Vehicle Inspection record No.0150590 dated 08.04.2005 and to quash the same and to further direct the respondents 1 to 5 herein to refund the sum of Rs.20,200/- which was collected as tax for a week in respect of the petitioner's contract carriage vehicle No.KL-9-H-7799.
