ORDER:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the proceedings of the respondent dated 23.10.2006 rejecting the explanation offered by the petitioner for the notice issued under Section 636 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and also the notice issued by the respondent under Section 441 of HMC Act 1955.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the respondent issued proceedings No.C.X/G2/GHMC/08/BPS/0859, dated 27.07.2010 regularising the construction made by the petitioner and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary.
The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any shall stand closed. No costs.
