JUDGMENT / ORDER

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent is present. Even in the last two hearings, namely on 09.12.2016 and on 23.12.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Due to continuous absence on the side of the petitioner, the case was directed to be listed today

vs (18.01.2017) under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the case is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2.Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioner is not interested to proceed the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
