JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to act upon the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2017 to direct the CBCID police to take necessary legal action in accordance with law against one M/s.IL & FS Education and Technology Services Limited and M/s.HCL Info Systems Limited and their authorised officers for the violation of copy right of their products.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a copy of the representation dated 29.03.2017 along with this order to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as all the necessary parties, if any, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
