This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode to proceed with the case expeditiously in C.C.No.90 of 2013 pending on his file, and to dispose of the same within a specified time frame.
2. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondent.
3. Considering the fact that the case relates to the year 2013, and also the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.90 of 2013 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
