The Contempt Case is filed questioning the wilful disobedience of the orders dated 03-02-2014 in W.P.No.2677 of 2014, whereby this court suspended the proceedings dated 31-05- 2013 issued by the 3rd respondent in respect of the shop of the petitioner, in view of judgment dated 28-04-2011 in W.P.No.11509 of 2008.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies represents that the order is complied with and nothing survives to be adjudicated in the contempt case.
