ORDER Sri.Vijaya Kumar K, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a representation with regard to his grievance to the Chief Regional Manager.
3. In view of aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner submits a representation to the Chief Regional Manger, the aforesaid authority shall decide the same by a speaking order in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
