This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 08.10.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31192 of 2012.
2. Both the learned counsel appearing for the parties informed the Court that the said order is the subject matter of W.A.No.1025 of 2014 and by interim order dated 14.07.2014, a learned Division Bench of this Court was pleased to stay the operation of the said order.
3. In that view of the matter, this contempt case does not survive for consideration at this stage and is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
