Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the meeting notice issued by R-1 dated 13.07.2018 by fixing the special general meeting on 13.07.2018 at Dharanappa Hall, Mandya produced at Annexure-B based on the invalid reasons assigned in the written request dated 12.07.2018 by the R-3 to 21 produced is contrary to the provisions of Section-48 of the Karnataka Municipalities Act, 1964 and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking to withdraw the petition.
