THIS CCC COMING ON FOR FRAMING OF CHARGES THIS DAY, RAVI MALIMATH J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER This contempt petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 08.03.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.18323 of 2016 has been disobeyed. In terms of the said order, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 therein were directed to conclude the proceedings within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the reply from the petitioner. Since, the same was not done within the time fame, the instant petition is filed.
2. An affidavit of the accused Nos.1 and 2 is filed in the Court today. They have tendered their unconditional apology for the delay in complying with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. In view of the reasons assigned, the apology is accepted. The delay in complying the order passed by the learned Single Judge is condoned. They have also enclosed the order dated 05.07.2019 indicating consideration of the case of the petitioner.
3. In view of the same, we do not find it expedient to proceed further in the matter. The proceeding is dropped.
