Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “to issue a Writ, or Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the Respondents in granting final registration certificate on the application submitted by the petitioner seeking permission for carrying out aquaculture farms in R.S.Nos. 90, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 111 admeasuring an extent of Ac.32.00 cents at Ramapuram Village, Nandivada Mandal, Krishna District as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently, to direct the Respondent- authorities to issue final registration certificate in favour of the petitioner for fish tank without any further delay.”
Mr.Rambabu Koppineedi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, filed letter, dated 21-10-2014, before the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition. Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel has reiterated the same.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.31113 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed.
