O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. Perused the petition.
2. Petitioners have sought to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.13294/2013 pending on the file of II Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submits that after trial, the petitioners are acquitted of the charges under Sections 171-E, 419 and 420 Indian Penal Code by judgment and order dated 14.03.2018 in C.C.No.13294/2013. His submission is placed on record.
4. In view of his submission, nothing further survives for consideration.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2016 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
