2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the first respondent police and in fact, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the first respondent police.
3. Since the first respondent police is not requiring the petitioner for any enquiry, I am of the opinion that no further orders are required in this petition. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
