ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set-aside proceedings in Rc.No.C/681/2014, dated 10-8-2014 whereby respondent No.2 has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) has placed before the Court proceedings in Rc.No.C/681/2014, dated 27-11-2014 whereby respondent No.2 has restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
Considering the fact that the allegations on which proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner do not constitute serious violations, respondent No.2 is restrained from proceeding further against the petitioner on the basis of the charges on which the impugned order has been passed.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.44989 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
