For Appellants : No Appearance (in both WAs) For Respondents : Mr.K.Dhananjayan(in both WAs), Special Government Pleader.
C O M M O N O R D E R K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.
These two intra court appeals are directed against the common order dated 1 August, 2012 in W.P.Nos.18641 and 18642 of 2012, dismissing the writ petitions filed by the appellants to allot one M.B.B.S. seat to each of the appellants based on the marks obtained under the Special Category (Orthopedically Physically Disabled) for the academic year 2012-2013, subject to verification of medical records and medical examination.
2. The matter relates to the academic year 2012-2013. The writ petitions were dismissed on 1 August, 2012. Though appeals were filed in 2012 itself, interim order was not granted by this Court. There is no question of considering the claim of the appellants for the academic year 2012-2013 at this belated point of time. We are therefore of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ appeals.
3. The intra court appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
