THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “The petitioner is A.1. He allegedly committed matrimonial offence as well as the offence under Section 307 IPC. The petitioner is stated to be a School Assistant and is working in MP UP School. He is shown to be a Government servant. In view of the nature of the offences alleged against the petitioner and the calling of the petitioner, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this petition is allowed. The petitioner shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Vayalpad, Chittoor district, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Vayalpad, Chittoor district, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction.”
