ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings No.Ref.C/980/2014, dated 22.10.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh), on instructions, submitted that in view of the trivial nature of the allegations on which the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization has been suspended, respondent No.2 has revoked the order of suspension and restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
This submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.51162 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
