ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings in Roc.B/8316/2014, dated 11.11.2014, of respondent No.3.
At the hearing, Sri S.V.Muni Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that when the case was last adjourned, respondent No.3 has issued proceedings in Roc.B/6410/2014, dated 20.12.2014, whereby he has reinstated the petitioner as fair price shop dealer duly dropping all the charges framed against her.
In view of this subsequent development, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.48107 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
