JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order in C.M.P.No.604/2016 dated 30.03.2016 and consequently permit the petitioner to conduct cross examination of P.W-1 and P.W-2 in C.C.No.55/2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No-II, Attur, Salem District.

2. The learned Government Advocat (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner did not comply with the order dated 09.02.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur in CMP No.604 of 2016, filed under Sec.311 of Criminal Procedure Code.
3. This Court is able to understand the lathergic attitude of the petitioner. At the same time, to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/-(Rupees three thousand only) to the Taluk Legal Services Authority, Salem within three weeks from today. On production of the receipt of a copy of such payment, the trial Court is directed to permit the petitioner to conduct cross examination of P.Ws.1 and 2 within a week thereafter. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Crl.MPs are closed.
