O R D E R:
This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings dated 26.08.2004 on the file of the District Collector, Warangal District.
2. The said proceedings were issued upon the application of the 4th respondent herein. However, the writ petition was dismissed for default against the 4th respondent as per this Court’s earlier order dated 29.12.2010. In that view of the matter, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits in the absence of the 4th respondent.
3. The writ petition fails on this short ground and is accordingly dismissed. Interim order dated 08.11.2014 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
