IN ORDERS OF WRIT PETITION NO.25533/2018 ISSUED ON 25.07.2018, 09.01.2019, 30.01.2019 IN W.P.NO.25533/2018 AND ETC., THIS CCC COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, NAGARATHNA J., MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The complainant is party-in-person. He submits that the accused have not filed any reply in W.P.No.25533/2018 which is a public interest litigation, despite time being granted by this Court and therefore, there is disobedience of the direction issued by this Court.
2. We do not find any direction issued by this Court vis-à-vis filing of reply. If any respondent seeks to file reply to the writ petition filed by the petitioner, it is at the discretion of the respondent to do so. There is no disobedience of any direction issued by this Court.
4. There is no merit in the contempt petition.
Hence, it is dismissed by overlooking the office objections.
