Pleader ORDER The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 19.09.2016 and effect change in Managementship and Correspondentship of the Saraswathi Elementary School, Thenoor, Alathur Taluk, Perambalur District on the basis of the final judgment and decree dated 9th August 1999 made in A.S. No.664/1982 by this Court, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.664/1982, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondent for effecting change in the managementship and correspondentship of the school. However, the respondents have not considered the same yet.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 4 to 6 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 4 to 6 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.1999 and also the judgment and decree passed by this court in A.S. No.664/1982, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
