ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a Writ, order of direction, more particularly a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in termination of the authorization of the petitioner by his proceeding in Ref.B/4834/2013, dated 15.10.2013, without conducting any enquiry or opportunity and without considering the explanation of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to set aside the said proceedings of respondent No.2.”:
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) has placed before the Court proceedings in Ref.B/4834/2014, dated 10.12.2014 of respondent No.2, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
In view of this subsequent event, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.47783 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
