THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Since the party-in-person was unable to make submissions, this Court requested Shri K. Anand, learned advocate to assist him as amicus curiae. On instructions, Shri Anand submitted that petitioner had filed a private complaint before the learned Magistrate alleging offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 120, 307, 503, 506, 441, 442 read with section 34 of IPC. He has examined two witnesses. The matter is now set down for judgment.
2. Petitioner/party-in-person has filed this petition seeking a direction to call for records in C.C.No.302/2013 and to quash order dated 20.01.2012 passed by Civil Judge & JMFC, Yellandur. By the said order the learned Magistrate has directed to register the PCR and to record sworn statement of the complainant. After submission of facts by the learned advocate, party-in-person desires to withdraw the petition and he has filed a Memo of even date to the said effect.
3. Memo is placed on record. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
No costs.
