O R D E R:
This writ petition was filed challenging the withdrawal of security that was provided to the petitioner from 11.10.2005.
2. This Court, by order dated 28.09.2007, directed the Government to provide security as per the letter dated 02.08.2007 of the Superintendent of Police, Kurnool. Even though that order was in force, the Government passed a fresh order on 16.08.2014 withdrawing the security to the petitioner. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.28470 of 2014 and the order of the Superintendent of Police, Kurnool, dated 16.08.2014 is suspended. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition, since the petitioner wants to pursue the subsequent writ petition.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
