HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27650 of 2007 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.
2. This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the property admeasuring Ac.0.2½ cents in Sy.No.1629 of Venkatapuram village, Porumamilla Mandal, Kadapa district. Even after seven years, no counter-affidavit is filed by the Government.
3. This Court by order dated 26.12.2007 directed respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent with regard to the above land and giving them liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the event of any law and order problem.
4. In the absence of any counter-affidavit, the interim order passed pending disposal of the writ petition, which is in operation as on today, is recorded as final order and the writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
