This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 04.09.2014, in EP.No.2 of 2008 in OS.No.42 of 2004, on the file of the Court of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
At the hearing, Mr.Tenneti Seetaramaiah, learned Counsel representing Mr.G.Vivekananda, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that after filing of this Civil Revision Petition, both the parties have entered into an out of court settlement and accordingly, settled the dispute.
Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, CRPMP.No.4966 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
